The inauguration report of the vocational computer trainning centre which is known as Project PC4KIDS¬†Kotapuli is now available. A few weeks after the succesful Pilot Project PC4KIDS was started we can finally¬†update you all who stood behind this very inspiring adventure of helping children in need.¬†This project was very much essential for the tsunami affected fisher’s village called Kotapuli, which is a nearby village to the world famous turistic place called Kanniyakumari of South India. The people of Kotapuli, Tirunelveli districht, Tamil Nadu, India, lost lost their houses, household materials, livelihood materials, etc. during the tusnami disaster still there is¬†no proper income because they didn‚Äôt go to their main business of catching fishes in the sea.
So most of the children, mainly girls of them are not going to school¬†to regularly to finish their education properly. For a month ago the cooperation between SIVA4KIDS Foundation¬†and the local NGO HELP of Kotapuli, started the first Pilot Project PC4KIDS Kotapuli to help 60 tsunami affected children (boys and girls). Now the results are here for your information’s.
s planned the NGO HELP started the project through the local community and city hall of the village which already donated a location for the computer training centre. HELP started the work together with specialists and local volunteers with the passion to realize something big after the tsunami. They did achieved something which were beyond their imagination.
