A simple pen can make a difference and give hope to kids in Ivory Coast.

Africa is the continent targeted this year by the solidarity of the foundation SIVA4KIDS this time through an act of generosity in Ivory Coast via the local youth community CISV C√¥te d’Ivoire.¬† The PENS4KIDS project this time reached the local school of Agni-Agni, where the ceremony for the distribution of the pens happened on Tuesday May 26th 2009.
The inspector for primary education, all teachers of that school, the COGES Committee, parents and, above all, children were attending this celebration in the school playground. Continue Reading

Micro-project “PENS4KIDS” supports 1000 kids in Africa

This Micro-projects called PENS4KIDS is made possible by the 30.000 quality long-duration pens, which were donated to SIVA4KIDS Foundation¬†last year 2007 by one of the leading Telephony and Internet service provider @Home in The Netherlands.

The Core mission of PENS4KIDS is to create a trustful partnership via local organizations which have similar mission as SIVA4KIDS Foundation in order to support the primary schools in 3rd world countries with study material such as the ong-duration pens for all kids of the school for a duration of 2-3 years. During this 2-3 years, SIVA4KIDS Foundation¬†will inform the world about the other needs of the specific schools and sur-roundings for the benefit of Kids and youngsters.
