Siva for Kids Foundation got the opportunity to promote the goals of the organisation at the yearly held Milan 2005 Festival of Zuiderpark, in The Hague, The Netherlands. The 3 days festival at the last week of July had a proximate of 40.000 visitors where S4K had the chance to provide informations about mission, vision and ongoing projects in Sri Lanka.

CEO & Founder Mr. U.K. Sivanathan and Foreign representative of S4K Foundation Mr. Y.C. Mohr went to Sri Lanka (North - Eastern part of the Islands) for 2 weeks mission to get a view of the disaster and feel the real need among the effected children. Siva for Kids Foundation proposed a project regarding "tsunami and war effected children" to the local authority LTTE. The proposal of the project was a succesful and the journey raport and project presentation will soon be online.

A unique action and contribution by the tamil students of the Netherlands who started a "Story train-book" called "Art of being a child in Sri Lanka" with 13 chapters which is sponsored by Siva for Kids Foundation. Release date: 26.12.2005 - The one year memorial day of the Tsunami victims. This book is specially dedicated to the children of Sri Lanka. You can follow the first 4 chapters as the students contribute it every sunday under this at this link. S4K Foundation appriciate this unique action of passion for children.
